Marc Stevens and Kat Kanning spoke last week, and they are preparing a writ of habeus corpus. Marc is also working on some additional documents, which Russell will have to file. This will be interesting since Russell doesn’t believe in the system and typically doesn’t care to participate in it. Kat is reading Marc’s book, and coming up to speed on the concept. I’ll post the filings once they are made available to me.

Not only did we raise the money, but we did it in less than 18 hours, and I posted the site at midnight! Thank you all very much! Marc Stevens is giving Kat a call today. We have some other ideas on the table based on the outcome of today’s call.
In the next week or so, I’ll turn this into a blog to post the filings and related updates. Stay tuned. . .

On March 17th, Russell Kanning, a dedicated NH Liberty activist, was arrested for not following court ordered payment schedules. Marc Stevens from Adventures in Legal Land is willing to work with Kat Kanning (in a non legal capacity) to file the appropriate motions to corner the court into answering questions about jurisdiction, standing, and authority in an effort to help Russell. I’m raising $300 to this end, and I would really appreciate your support. It’s a win if it gets Russell out sooner, and it’s a win if the court responds with nonsense or ignores our requests. Doing so, simply pulls back the curtain for all to see. There’s tremendous value in either outcome, and in either case, it’s going to help, “Free Russell Kanning“!Please show your support for Russell, by helping us work outside the system to ask questions a court approved lawyer wouldn’t dare. Use the link below to contribute whatever you choose, I’m raising $300 by the end of the March.
